Pay From: $22 Per Hour

MUST:
Experienced Medical Receptionist with 1 plus year of experience
Experience in a concierge, family or internal medicine practice
Checking patients in and out
Collecting and processing payments
Scheduling appointments
Documenting and updating patient information in Athena
Strong customer service support skills with warm personality
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of HIPAA Violations and Practices

DUTIES:
Greet patients warmly and check in
Check patients out
Answer phones
Schedule appointments
Collect and process payments
Enter and update patient information in Athena
Provide administrative support as needed
Assist patients with inquiries
